Why take a tour with us?
- That's a really good question! We are the ones that put food tours on the map in Amsterdam. Knowing that people love to eat and explore, we thought it would be a great idea to serve them delicious food while learning about Amsterdam and its best and most charming highlights.
What food could I expect?
- The served menus are provided by specially selected restaurants with high quality food standards. You get to order from the menu of the restaurant. (a-la-carte). The restaurants have broad menu's and are selected for their diversity. This way you will always be able to order something you like! For our vegetarians there's always an option!
Where do the tours start?
- The tours start and end on the Dam Square in the city centre of Amsterdam.
Are all of your routes online and non-guided?
- The tours mentioned on the site are all digital and non-guided. Walk & Dine wants to make sure you get to see all the beauties Amsterdam has to offer without having to deal with a tour guide who sits at your table. This gives you all the freedom you desire while still being guided through the city thanks to our digital route!
Is there a time limit on the courses in the restaurants?
- No, there is no time-limit. However, we do make reservations for you in the three restaurants at certain times.
You can arrive in time blocks of an hour. You can find these times at the descriptions of the routes.
If you would like more time between courses, you can contact the restaurants to change these times. Please also contact them if you are running late. The numbers and names of the restaurants will be shared with you after booking.
Are drinks included in the service?
Dinner tour:
- At every course there is one drink included (soft drink, beer or house wine)
Lunch tour:
- The lunch tour starts with a fresh juice or a cup of coffee, at the main course you will enjoy a drink of your choice and you will end your route with a nice cup of coffee.
What if I want to cancel?
- Cancelation is possible. Although, this cancellation must be made by 5pm the day before the tour.
What to do with food-allergies?
- Let us know in the comment section (upon checkout), and we will take care of you. Already booked and haven’t mentioned your allergie(s)?

How long does the route take?
- The complete tour, including dinner, will take approx. 3 hours. In between the courses, you walk from the one restaurant to the next. The maximum walking distance between courses is 15 minutes.
Can I skip the sightseeing part?
- Obviously everyone who uses our service, can decide for themselves whether they take the sightseeing tour or they take shortcuts straight to the restaurants.
What Paying methods are available?
- You can pay by credit card. No credit card? No problem! Feel free to contact us so we can arrange a different paying method. (paypal, direct transfer etc.)
